A crystal-clear Chardonnay with beautiful depth and concentration, this is the "Unwooded" from Diemersdal. Produced almost unusually for South Africa without the use of any wood, its style and appearance is reminiscent of elegant Chardonnays from Burgundy, without hiding its South African roots.
