The Costamolino 2024 is a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC with a clear, fresh style. The grapes come from vineyards at an altitude of around 190 meters, where they ripen under ideal conditions. After gentle harvesting and soft pressing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing on the fine lees gives the wine more depth and structure. Its light straw yellow color with greenish reflections shines in the glass. The nose reveals citrus fruits, light flowers and a hint of exotic notes. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with a fine minerality and a slightly salty finish.

Food pairing (food recommendation): Goes well with seafood and vegetable dishes.
