Fruity, juicy, fresh, with lots of aroma and complex tones on the palate. Frati's rosato has a lot of body and is the perfect companion through the summer, well chilled on hot days on the terrace, but also as an accompaniment to vegetable dishes, grilled food or salads. It also cuts an excellent figure alongside Asian-inspired dishes with a slight spiciness.
