The grapes are harvested manually in the early hours of the morning. The maceration lasts on average 10-12 days, malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete vats.10-12 months maturation in barriques, about 6 months maturation in the bottle. Intense ruby red. Intense, persistent and balanced aroma. Velvety, full-bodied, harmonious, warm and round on the palate.
