Dark garnet red, almost black, intense aromas of wild berries, dried fruit and rum pot, wild herbs, tobacco and old leather, vanilla and delicate smoky aromas, great, dense wine.
Reboro, a new wine based on a centuries-old tradition, a collective project born from the friendship of the winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi, a red wine of absolute excellence that embodies the best of this territory. It is made from Rebo, an indigenous grape variety that has taken the best from Merlot and Teroldego, of which it is a cross. The grapes, which are harvested from the best vineyards in Pisoni, are left to dry until the end of November on the "arele", the racks that are also used to make the famous Vino Santo Trentino Doc. The result is a wine of great structure, with intense aromas of ripe red fruit and jam and a full and soft mouthfeel with a long finish. A precious jewel, rare and sought after.
