Intense exotic aromas paired with an animating perlage - a great sparkling wine, completely alcohol-free.
Pale straw yellow with lemon yellow reflections. Fine and long-lasting perlage. Aromas of citrus fruit with a hint of lime, white blossom and a floral aftertaste with a hint of jasmine. Moderate acidity and a pleasant perlage on the palate.
Vinification: The base wine undergoes normal vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The dealcoholization process takes place in the company's own plant. The process is a combination of vacuum distillation and the centrifugal cone cola.
