Greenish yellow, ripe apples and quinces, vineyard peach, herbs and slightly buttery, mild acidity, full-bodied and juicy. Not much more needs to be said about the quality of Dirk Emmich's wines. However, when we tasted the Westhofener Weissburgunder for the first time, we were surprised! We had never seen a wine in this wonderfully opulent yet highly elegant style from our friend Dirk before. An incredible amount of wine for the money.
