A bright ruby red color, shiny, brilliant with violet reflections. It is fascinating on the nose, with a wonderful fruity aroma of cherries, raspberries, strawberries, rose hips and violets with a delicate hint of herbs such as tarragon and dill. This impression is confirmed on the palate, underlined, grippy and yet highly elegant. Wonderful roasted aromas underline its character. The wine shows enormous depth, elegance, precision and structure. The cool climate from the coast creates a lively acidity and thus guarantees a high ageing potential. It is an absolutely delicate, complex and elegant Pinot Noir.
