A powerful, full-bodied noble sweet Auslese with plenty of creaminess and spice.

An enormously rich Auslese, but not overly sweet. Rather, it is the spicy minerality that lends the aromas of highly ripe and dried fruit an elegance and delicacy despite all the opulence. Paired with a spicy, ripe botrytis note, the result is an intense interplay of aromas with a long finish. Auslese wines like these are among the greatest sweet wines in the world because they remain fresh and invigorate the taste buds instead of clogging them up.
Desserts that are not too sweet and very spicy hard cheeses are suitable dishes for this wine, whose
wine whose ageing potential lasts for generations.
