In the glass, it is a delicate straw yellow with a greenish tinge. It develops a fine and stimulating floral fragrance on the nose. On the palate, it is delicately spicy with light nutmeg notes and a lively acidity. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed in pneumatic presses as soon as they arrive in the cellar. The must is clarified overnight by gravity and fermented at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine matures on the fine lees until bottling.
