2023 Capitel Tenda Soave Classico

The grapes come from the municipality of Monforte d'Alpone, one of the oldest areas of origin in the Soave Classico region. Thanks to the special production technology, it is an elegant, velvety wine with an almond aroma. Soil: clayey of volcanic origin. Harvest: End of August, beginning of September Maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 6 days at a temperature of 18€-20€Cbottling and ageing for 4 months in the bottle. Pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is intense and complex fruity, with notes of dried fruit and almonds.
