The Grechetto 2024 from Lungarotti is a young white wine made from 100% Grechetto grapes - one of the oldest autochthonous grape varieties in Umbria. The grapes are harvested in September. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes a short cryomaceration at 16-17 degrees Celsius and then matures on fine lees at low temperatures until bottling. It is an intense straw yellow in the glass. The nose reveals floral aromas of jasmine, rose and aniseed, complemented by exotic fruits such as pineapple and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is dry, fruity, well-structured, with a typical light bitterness in the aftertaste and a pleasant freshness.

Food pairing (food recommendation): Perfect with shellfish, fish, vegetables and cheese
