2024 Vermentino

Belvento means "beautiful wind" and alludes to the constant sea breeze that blows through the Tuscan Maremma. This cool air from the nearby Mediterranean preserves the freshness in the vineyards and shapes the character of the grape varieties that thrive here. The Vermentino brings precisely this influence into the glass, with clarity, lightness and typical Mediterranean charm. It presents itself in the glass in a radiant light yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals intense, multi-layered aromas: fresh citrus notes, white peach and a hint of sage. It is dry, fresh and precise on the palate. Ageing in stainless steel tanks preserves the purity of the fruit and elegantly emphasizes the wine's origin.
