The By.Ott Rosé from Domaines Ott impresses year after year with its elegant freshness and finesse. The refined cuvée of Grenache (62%), Cinsault (27%), Syrah (6%) and Mourvèdre (5%) shines bright salmon pink in the glass.
Aromas of fresh wild peaches and red currants delight the nose. The taste is pleasantly fresh and velvety with a harmonious balance between citrus notes, plums and a delicate cardamom spice. The finish is fruity and elegant.
Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes such as crêpes with smoked salmon and salads with roast poultry. A top rosé from Provence!
