The Grosses Gewächs Pinot Noir from the Kirchtürmchen matures for 18 months in new barrique barrels. A ruby-red Pinot Noir is produced from this vineyard. Herbal notes on the nose and a powerful taste with an elegant finish on the palate.

Recommendation: At 16 degrees Celsius, it goes very well with roast meat dishes, game birds, e.g. classic roast goose with red cabbage and dumplings, but also with strong cheeses.
