2017 Les Terrasses Rouge

This cuvée is characterized by its opulence, freshness and balance. The robe is deep ruby red. The very clear nose is powerful and concentrated, revealing notes of sun-ripened black fruits. The palate is dense and elegant with notes of blackcurrant, morello cherry and spice. It is wonderfully consistent with fine silky tannins.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9-10 degrees Celsius as an aperitif, goes well with light starters, salads with roasted nuts and fried mushrooms, asparagus dishes, fried fish or fine poultry.
