2021 Pinot Noir Pinot Noir dry

Pinot Noir is the synonym and international name for the Pinot Noir grape variety. This noble and very old grape variety requires a great deal of care and places high demands on the climate and soil and naturally feels extremely at home on our steep slate slopes. This Pinot Noir comes from a Dijon variety and was matured in old small wooden barrels. The nose reveals dark berries and a hint of vanilla, while the palate is very powerful and muscular.
