2023 Ribolla Gialla

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in crates, with eight hours of cold maceration in a horizontal press and subsequent cleaning of the must by decanting. Fermentation takes place 100% in steel at a controlled temperature of 14 û 10 degrees for four months. The wine remains in the cold and on the lees with some residual sugar. At the end of this period, it is bottled in March to obtain fresh and velvety aromas. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections with a scent of red Williams pears have a good acidity and at the same time a good softness.
