The combination of the Verdejo grape variety and de-alcoholized wine works fabulously: intense exotic aromas paired with animating acidity.
Vinification: The base wine undergoes normal vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The dealcoholization process takes place in the company's own plant. The process is a combination of vacuum distillation and the centrifugal cone colon.

Zutaten: De-alcoholized wine, preservative: sulphur dioxide, sulphites.
