Seductive aroma of red berries, aniseed and cloves. On the palate, juicy, full aromas of ripe plums, peppery notes and licorice. Very nice, typical Shiraz, which shows a pleasantly fresh, precise fruit thanks to the 5% white wine component (Viognier). It clearly stands out from the large number of inexpensive Shiraz from Australia.

Recommendation: Serve at 17 degrees Celsius, goes well with pasta dishes, spicy meat dishes, roast leg of lamb, braised beef, spicy vegetables and mature cheese.
