Complex bouquet with dark heart cherries, licorice and cooled Earl Grey. Hibiscus blossom and black Tasmanian mountain pepper in the second attack. Elegant palate with a tightly woven tannin structure, finely brittle texture, grainy extract with good grip and medium body. Plums, black olives, delicate leather notes and fine cassis spice on the concentrated, long-lasting finish.
