2021 Crianza Navarra DO

After determining the optimum degree of ripeness, the grapes are harvested very carefully by hand in small baskets. After destemming, controlled mash fermentation takes place, followed by malolactic fermentation before twelve months of ageing in various French and American oak barriques. Very dense, with hints of cassis and dark berries, this cuvée of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot impresses with its elegance and simultaneous density. Very present on the palate, very smooth, almost black in the glass. The vanilla tones from the ageing in small barrels are noticeable, but not overpowering.
