2023 Vigna di Paola Malvasia

Vulcano is an island to which Hephaestus, the god of fire, gave fertility and a unique microclimate. The Vigna di Paola vineyard is located in the area of Gelso, in the south of the island. It is a wine whose aromatic profile is characterized by both the salty and sulphurous notes typical of the island and the floral and fruity notes characteristic of this grape variety: an explosion of flavours on the palate that accompanies every sip until the finish and gives the wine good persistence.
