Great balance between softness and freshness, intoxicating, persistent with pleasant harmony and finesse. It is somewhat unusual, as the Marche region is generally regarded as the home of Verdicchio; Sauvignon is not necessarily at home there. Nevertheless, or perhaps precisely because of this, it is all the more astonishing how juicy and mineral the Animale Celeste is. Lots of fruit paired with a delicate acidity, it is a wonderful accompaniment to food, but is just as suitable for a glass between meals.
