The Back to Silence 2024 from Ottella is an exceptional orange wine made from 100 Turbiana grapes. The grapes undergo a long maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in amphorae. In the glass, the wine is an intense golden yellow with an orange hue. The nose seduces with complex notes of citrus zest, orange blossom and subtle smoky accents. On the palate, the wine is elegant, dense and stylish û with aromas of orange, lime and white grapes, accompanied by fresh minerality.
