Velarosa is a characterful and expressive rosé wine made from the juicy Grenache grape. The grapes come from the windy and sun-drenched coastal areas of Maremma, where the Mediterranean climate creates ideal conditions for fresh and aromatic wines. Velarosa has a bright, clear pink hue in the glass. On the nose, it develops a multi-layered bouquet with floral notes of acacia and wisteria, accompanied by fine aromas of ripe raspberries, pomegranate and orange. On the palate, it is fresh and slender, with spicy notes and a harmonious interplay of red fruits, floral aromas and Mediterranean herbs.
Food Pairing (food recommendation): Ideal as an accompaniment to Mediterranean starters, grilled fish, summer salads or lightly spiced Asian dishes. Also a pleasure on its own on warm days.
