Light yellow with subtle green reflections, this dry Riesling is reflected in the glass. The local wine shows a fresh and fruity character in the glass. Distinctive citrus aromas such as green apple, fine grapefruit and lemongrass, as well as the scent of various tropical fruits can be detected. The taste of ripe vineyard peach and pear, caressed by a balanced minerality, is characteristic of our Riesling Aufstand. The overall impression is balanced, with a denser intensity but at the same time a soft finish.
