The semi-dry Silvaner from the Neef-Emmich winery has a wonderful aroma of quinces and apples. It is beguilingly soft and melting in the mouth, light and quaffable, and is also a pleasure to drink well-chilled on the terrace in summer temperatures.
Light yellow, quince and ripe apples, a little honey and mild herbal spice, velvety, semi-dry, with very little acidity.
