Spontaneous fermentation and 30 months of ageing in wooden barrels make this Sangiovese unique! The 2018 Tenuta Nuova Brunello di Montalcino has a young ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruit and light balsamic notes. Extremely complex on the palate, with power, elegance and a hint of saltiness, which is also reflected in its long finish.
