Profile: Golden yellow with a hint of honey. The bouquet, which is very refined, reveals bitter orange, Golden Delicious apple, almond, caramel, vanilla, all enveloped with notes of chamomile. The mouthfeel emphasizes a perfectly balanced alternation between freshness and softness. Very very long finish, reminiscent of cinnamon, lemon and iodine flavors.
