95% Semillon, 4% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Muscadelle. Aged for 18 months in oak. Greenish shimmer in the golden color. Very classic with a botrytis note and real freshness. Weight and integrity with a spicy, even bacony finish. Not one of the sweetest wines, or what I probably mean is that the acidity is more pronounced than many of its peers. Supple and fresh. But it should probably be drunk relatively early.
