The Sauvignon Blanc vines grow on the clayey alluvial soils of the 'La Lobera' vineyard. This soil has excellent drainage which, together with the prevailing microclimate, provides perfect conditions for the ripening of the Sauvignon Blanc grape and the development of a high aromatic intensity with a good balance of acidity and minerality.
