2024 Codecce Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGP BIO

After years of oenological research, the Pisoni family has succeeded in developing a winemaking method that does not require the addition of sulphites and yet guarantees wines of the highest quality. Codecce takes its name from the vineyard of the same name on the San Siro hill, which is ideal for growing white grapes, in this case Sauvignon, Nosiola and Goldmuskateller, which reach the perfect degree of ripeness and ideal aromatic concentration. The Codecce has a seductively fruity and opulent aroma, only to be surprisingly clear and highly elegant on the palate. Finally a "natural wine" that is a real pleasure to drink.
