Fine forest floor notes and clear cherry flavors form a unity, the aging in wooden barrels brings harmony and elegance.
The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. The grapes are processed very gently and the mash then ferments under optimal conditions in open mash containers. The wine is then placed in second fill barrels and matures there for 16 months. The wine is only blended after the long storage period.
