Ohlig Héritage is a young, fresh sparkling wine that invites you to enjoy it in the sunshine. It impresses with its fruity sugar and incredible grape aroma. In the Méthode Rurale, the carbon dioxide is not produced during the second fermentation as in the traditional method, but during the fermentation of the fresh must (1st fermentation). When comparing the fermentation methods for sparkling wines at the Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences, it was found that "by influencing the yeast only once, the original grape aroma can come to the fore." - for the benefit of the taste.

The home of the sparkling wine cellar Ohlig, the Rheingau, is one of the most famous and best wine regions in the world.
