Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that have been gently pressed. An intense mousse with a strong fine bubble is perceptible. A symphony of berry fruits can be found both in the glass and on the palate. A light, finely integrated note of sweet brioche, typical of champagne, is also recognizable.
