Our first sparkling wine delights with apple and citrus notes. Especially at family celebrations, birthdays and evening events, it brings the necessary light elegance that only a six percent sparkling wine can offer. Like our white wine, it also goes well with Mediterranean dishes or on its own with olives as an aperitif.

In cooperation with the Wasem winery, a dealcoholized counterpart is added to the original wine. The result is a sparkling, tasty drink.
The Wasem family was born with a passion for wine. The three brothers Julius, Philipp and Gerhard are now the fourth generation to run the down-to-earth but elegant family winery. Their wines stand for varietal, uncomplicated wines that are simply fun on the palate. An adjoining hotel and fine, regional food in the courtyard of the Engelthal monastery complex make for a perfect stay.
