A very deep, dense red color. Aromas of redcurrant, fragrant cedar and complex, spicy, dried herbs. This Cabernet-Shiraz blend shows precise flavors and is typically rich on the mid palate with exotic flowers, cranberry and dark chocolate. A full-bodied wine complemented by a long, flowing and precise tannin profile. A wine that truly reflects the generosity and sophistication of the 2019 vintage. Very stylish.

Recommendation: Well chilled at 10 degrees Celsius, it is a wonderful partner to spicy cheeses such as blue cheese, Munster or Gorgonzola and foie gras. Of course, it is ideal with desserts such as pastries or soufflés. It is a wonderful sweet wine with very long ageing potential, 15 years+.
