Strong yellow gold. On the nose, smoky and spicy notes of dried fruit, roasted hazelnut, ripe yellow apple, delicate orange peel, opens up with air, mineral notes. Powerful on the palate, juicy honey note, taut structure, enormously salty note, ripe pineapple and passion fruit on the finish, very fresh, very good length, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
Vinification: Chardonnay matured in new barriques and Welschriesling in new 1000-liter oak barrels and aged for 20 months.
