François is an expert in the sale of Grand Cru wines and Guillaume works with Alexandre Thienpont on the production of the Vieux Château Certan wines. Just a stone's throw away is Les Fillottes, the pair's new creation. The name comes from a small plot of land on the Pomerol plateau, where old vines grow on clay and gravel soils.
