2017 Las Lamas

If I found citrus aromas on the nose of the Valdafoz, the 2017 Las Lamas had incredible notes of tangerine and blood orange with an herbaceous note that I find more often in Moncerbal. On the palate it was silky smooth, round and integrated, really approachable. I tasted it from a 1,200-liter oval oak foudre. This looks really promising, from a vineyard that has been singing for the last five years or so.
