Clear pale gold color. You can immediately sense the energy and life on the nose. Shortly after bottling, it is still slightly reductive and exudes minerality and purity. I can't wait to taste this wine in 10 years or more! On the palate, it's bold, sharp, quaffable and you can feel the presence of limestone through a savory mouthfeel that finishes dry and lingering. Structured and long-lasting, but already very enjoyable today. Amazing wine!
