A dry wine with good acidity that emphasizes its tasty character, with notes of aromatic herbs and flowers reminiscent of the island's typical Mediterranean scrub. The wine expresses this volcanic area in its essence. For this reason, Didyme bears the ancient name of the island of Salina.
