The Brezza Rosa 2024 from the Lungarotti winery is made from Sangiovese grapes harvested in the first half of September. After a short maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15°C. In the glass, the wine is a pale salmon pink with violet hues. The bouquet combines floral notes of rose and wisteria with fruity hints of raspberry and sour cherry as well as a touch of star anise. It is fresh and balanced on the palate, with a fine minerality and a spicy finish. Its lively structure and moderate alcohol level make it a versatile companion for the warm season.
