With its intense straw-yellow color, it reveals elegant nuances of spices and ripe fruit on the nose: Vanilla, Golden Delicious apple, bread crust, peach and hazelnut. On the palate, it is velvety, refined and persistent.
Vinification: Harvested entirely by hand. Cold maceration in the press. Purification of the must by cold decanting. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Food pairing (food recommendation): Fantastic with raw fish, shellfish and grilled fish. Excellent with goose ham and white ham (lard) and at the end of a meal with mature cheese.
