Straw yellow color with characteristic green reflections. Delicate on the nose, with fresh flowers and a hint of ripe fruit. Dry and expressive on the palate with aromas of yellow peach and roasted almonds. Good persistence.

Vinification: Harvested entirely by hand. Cold maceration in the press. Purification of the must by cold decanting. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Food pairing (food recommendation): Traditionally, this wine is ideal as an aperitif. Perfect with prosciutto, cured meats and fresh cheese. Porcini mushroom risotto, pasta with seafood or braised rabbit with polenta.
