Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Distinctive, intense and tropical citrus aroma. Reminiscent of pineapple and melon on the palate. Balanced minerality and acidity, long finish. Very dry.
Vinification: Harvested entirely by hand. Cold maceration in the press. Purification of the must by cold decanting. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Food pairing (food recommendation): Risotto with asparagus, fried eggs, pasta with zucchinis and prawns, raw fish.
