The grapes for the S'elegas Nuragus di Cagliari from Argiolas grow on calcareous clay-marl soils with a loose structure. Vinification is gentle: gentle pressing, natural pre-clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and ageing in a protective atmosphere. The white wine is a bright straw yellow with a fruity, fragrant and harmonious bouquet. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced with a subtly tart finish, typical of the Nuragus grape variety. A wine that combines elegance and regional typicity.

Food pairing (food recommendation): ideal with Mediterranean starters, fish dishes such as oven-cooked sea bass or scorfano with potatoes and soft cheeses.
