The Alma Assemblage Non Dosato from Bellavista is a Franciacorta DOCG that is bottled without dosage. The cuvée consists mainly of Chardonnay and a proportion of Pinot Nero. The grapes come from various plots on the estate and are carefully selected. Part of the wine is matured in small oak barrels, which gives it additional complexity. In the glass, it is a bright straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet offers notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and fine spices. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral and structured, with a long, elegant finish.
