Beautiful, bright straw-yellow color with greenish hues and a fine, gentle yet persistent perlage. Fine, full and immediate on the nose. Fruity notes alternate with floral aromas, ending in a spicy finish that is the result of the long contact between the wine and the yeast. In the mouth, the remarkable body is well supported by a decisive and long-lasting freshness with a sweet-tart finish.
Pale straw yellow with greenish hues, quinces and apples, some elderflower, delicately spicy with citric notes, fresh and highly elegant.
